For more than a decade, I have also worked as an occupational health and safety professional, helping organizations build safer workplaces through prevention, training, and practical solutions. My experience has shown me that when safety becomes part of a company’s culture, people work with greater confidence, businesses operate with more strength, and teams perform better.

My vision with Hispanic Safety Solutions is to help the Latino workforce in the United States live and work more safely, with dignity and opportunity. Latino workers are essential to the strength of many industries, and when we protect them, we also help protect their families, support business continuity, and contribute to a stronger economy.
